of all information on this website including purchase of our product/s is provided subject to the following terms of service.

We reserve the right to amend this notice at any time, and your use of our website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms of service as amended.
We therefore recommend that each time you access our website you read these terms and conditions.

Our Pricing

All our pricing is in AUD and is inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.

Product Descriptions

We strive to ensure that all our product descriptions and sizing information is as accurate as possible. If we become aware of any issues with the description of our products we will amend
to suit.

Please be aware that the images are representations of the product and may not reflect the true colour of the item due to lighting and manufacturing.

Returns Policy

We commit to replace any product delivered to you that is damaged or is in a faulty condition.
If you wish to return a damaged or faulty product please reach out to us within fourteen (14) days
of purchased to return your unused item via email at renae@midnightdreamingstudio.com.au.

If we are unable to replace the item at the time or exchange we will reimburse your account for the amount debited for the purchase excluding packaging and postage charges.
