Shipping & returns

Orders are packed and posted from Newcastle within two business days. You get a tracking number by email when it leaves.

Tracked standard post is $15 for the first piece and $5 for each extra one, so a single order never pays postage twice. It arrives in 3–7 business days across most of Australia. Remote and regional addresses take longer, and the tracking will tell you where it is.

The online store ships to Australian addresses. International orders are taken by arrangement — send a general enquiry and you will be quoted before anything is charged.

Original works are packed individually and freighted with the carrier that suits the size and the destination. Freight is quoted per work rather than charged at a flat rate, and it is confirmed with you before the work ships.

Every original carries its story, language name where it has one, medium, dimensions and provenance.

If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, it is replaced. Email the studio within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Where the fault is major you can choose a replacement, an exchange or a refund; where it is minor, the fault is repaired or the item replaced.

Change of mind is accepted on unworn, unwashed clothing with the tags still on, within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is yours; the refund covers the price of the item.

Original artworks, commissioned work and made-to-order pieces are not returnable for change of mind.

Nothing on this page reduces your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded: you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
