All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We may amend prices at any time; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout when your order is placed.

We work to keep product descriptions and sizing as accurate as possible, and we correct anything we find to be wrong. Images are representations of the product: screen calibration, lighting and manufacturing runs mean the colour you see may differ slightly from the piece that arrives.

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive a confirmation email. Payment is processed by Square; we never see or store your card details.

Stock is finite and occasionally two people reach the last piece at once. If we cannot fill your order, we will tell you and refund it in full.

Set out in full on the Shipping & Returns page, and consistent with Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded.

All artwork, designs, photography, text, curriculum, choreography and teaching frameworks on this site are the property of Renae Lamb and Midnight Dreaming, protected under the Copyright Act 1968 and under Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property protocols.

You may view and keep a personal copy of information on this site for your own use. Except as permitted under the Copyright Act 1968, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, adapt or display any artwork, image or content from this site without our prior written permission.

Buying a garment, print or original artwork does not transfer copyright and does not licence reproduction of the artwork. Licensing is a separate written agreement — the cultural property page sets out how that works.

We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
